Knowledge is Money

I have recently been surfing internet for some hard data.
Wanted to know how casino market is looking at the moment on stats and in comparison to other markets.

I can hear you say "boring", but the thing is: if you really want to be good in casino gambling you need toknow the market inside out. You might think it doesn't influence the way you play or what casinos you choose, but it really does.

For instance, you probably heard of what happened when the Gambling Act of 2005 got implemented in the UK last year?
Basically, the Act banned companies operating outside the European Economic Area (EEA) from advertising in the UK, unless they were accepted on a "Whitelist", an exclusive list with companies that get immune from the ban. They justified the introduction of the ban saying they want to protect users from dodgy sites and painful consequences of using those dodgy sites.

This had a huge influence on online gambling. Affiliates lost in many cases over half of their clients, which made the affiliate online competition even more intense. The sites, which were now banned from advertising, were put in an extremely tough position and it had a huge effect on the way they started to operate. The bonuses offered became growing incredibly just to attract users. The funny thing is, the casinos have not changed, but because of the locations they were operating from they would now be considered more secure or less secure.

I am still enjoying the great bonuses poor operators need to bring in to attract the customers. I know which casinos were good then and haven't changed since, aside from rising bonuses!

For instance all casinos operating under Brightshare - All Jackpots, All Slots, Jackpot Factory, Wild Jack.... Very good company, but can't advertise, so now their bonuses are sweet ;) By the way, if you are wondering - they couldn't move to UK, as the taxes went up ridiculously with the Gambling Act (Gordon Brown really thought it through)

Online Casino Tips

Online casino gambling is great when you know your way around the great online casino jungle and have a very good idea of how, when and where to gamble. Talking about online “where” refers to virtual rather than physical location. Every online casino tries to have a USP (Unique Selling Point), just like any other business in the world in order to acquire competitive advantage and eliminate greater vulnerability that comes from undifferentiated product. This is exactly why online casinos differ and offer you different advantages depending on their positioning within the market. Below are 5 simple gambling tips. They are very basic, but knowing and remembering to consider them before making a decision is vital.

1 – Consider probability a myth.
Despite the fact that most would say that the likeness of black coming up in the roulette game after red came up six times in a row is huge; but it is only a probability and will give you a rough and unreliable estimate, which is hardly accurate at predicting following rounds.

2 – Progressive jackpots are great
You can find progressive jackpots in most of your favourite games, particularly slot machines. You should look for large progressive jackpots on slots and other games. If you hit the jackpot, you will not just win a lot of cash, you will acquire the life changing sum of money from the game.

3 – Compare and contrast
As was mentioned above, all casinos are different, so the only way you can really find the best deal is by looking around and trying out different casinos. Not all casinos are reputable and secure though, so you need to look at their security and money transfer options. The easiest way to screen out all the “black sheep” is to go to a casino comparison site and look at the online casino site reviews. You need to look for some sort of independent approval on the site. CasinoAlerts.co.uk, for instance prove they are genuine and trustworthy by having a GPWA approval on the site. This means that all the sites that Casino Alerts links to are reliable operators and will not rob you off your money.

4 – Welcome Bonus
Depending on the wagering requirements and generosity of different operators, sign up bonuses will vary and therefore will your balance when you start playing. If you are planning to stay playing in the casino for a while, it would be a good idea to sign up with a large bonus offer, as the wagering requirements will be completed at some point during your continuous gaming. If you want to withdraw the money soon after you sign up, look for casinos that have easy wagering requirements. Such casinos will most likely have smaller bonuses, but easier to withdraw.

5 – Free Online Casino Practice
The best idea for beginners is to go on one of the free online casino sites and practice until you understand all the little nuances that lie within the online casino world and every specific game you are planning to get playing for money. The only thing you should remember – playing free online casino and for money will always be different. Sometimes, the sites have both options but they can have random number generator only for real cash games, when the free games could be set up to make you win more so that you start gambling for money carelessly.
